•Assist with month-end close financial statement review and reconciliation process.
•Create blog posts to be posted to website.
•Enhance and monitor our online presence, e.g. social media, review websites, etc.
•Interface with customers and 3rd party fulfillment center to ensure all e-commerce and wholesale orders are fulfilled on time.
•Handle all office related tasks, manage negotiations with vendors, service providers and for our office lease, and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
•Manage team calendar schedules, organize travel, meetings, and plan in-house or off-site activities, like trade show, conferences and celebrations.
•Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages .
•Arrange candidate interviews with consultants .
Required Skills :
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources or related field
Experience in a similar role in a fast-growing startup
Strong interpersonal, customer service, writing and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Gmail, WordPress, Photoshop, etc.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
$40,000 base salary, $10,000 discretionary performance bonus
